Good to know
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the 8 × 4 m pool is heated.
Can we bring a baby?
Yes, a travel cot and a high chair are provided.
Is linen provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included, as is the final cleaning.
Can we walk to the beach?
Yes, a wild beach is a 15-minute walk along a forest path (not suitable for pushchairs). The nearest lifeguarded beach, Les Casernes, is 2 km away. Le Penon beach is 3 km away.
How many guests can the villa sleep?
Up to 8 guests: 2 ground-floor bedrooms with 160 cm beds and a children's bunk room with 2 × 140 cm beds upstairs. The house has 2 shower rooms, one indoors and one outdoors.
Is the house air-conditioned?
Yes, upstairs and in the living area.
Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking for 2 vehicles, with additional parking possible next door (Océan Shelter).
Can we get around by bike?
Yes, the Vélodyssée cycle route runs past the end of the lane, linking Vieux-Boucau, Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton. We can help you arrange bike hire.
Are there golf courses nearby?
Yes, Seignosse golf course is a 7-minute drive and Hossegor golf course a 13-minute drive.
How much does a week cost?
In 2027, from €2,940 to €3,850 per week depending on the period (€420 to €550 per night), cleaning, linen and wifi included. Tourist tax is extra.
How do we book and pay?
Send a request by email or WhatsApp. A 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid 30 days before arrival. A €2,500 security deposit is required, by bank transfer or cheque.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; after that the full stay is due.
